Jayson was raised in Pennsburg, PA, attending Red Hill Elementary School, Upper Perkiomen Middle School and Upper Perkiomen High School through his sophomore year. In the summer of 1993, between his sophomore and junior years, his parents moved to Fogelsville, PA where Jayson attended Parkland High School, graduating class of 1995. In 1996 Jayson and his soon to be wife Jessica Yeakel bought a house in Orefield, PA within the Northwestern Lehigh School District, and were married at Leaser Lake in September of 1997. In 2002 Jayson and Jessica became the caretakers of Ebenezer UCC in New Tripoli, and have lived in the blue house behind the church ever since. Jayson and Jessica have four children; three boys and a girl.

Along with his wife, Jessica, Jayson coached Indoor Baton Twirling at both Northwestern Lehigh Middle and High Schools from 1995 through 2002, Club Ice Hockey for Penn State’s Lehigh Valley Extension Campus in 2001 and 2002, and has coached soccer with the Northwestern Youth Athletic Association’s Soccer Club since 2004. He currently holds his Level VI coaching license through the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA).

Jayson is also the President of the Northwestern Lehigh Youth Wrestling and Wrestling Cheerleaders Booster Club, a board member of the Northwestern Lehigh Educational Foundation, and volunteers regularly at Northwestern Elementary.

Jayson began working in the insurance and financial services industry in 1999. During his career he has been a professional money manager, a residential and commercial lender, and a life, health, property and casualty insurance trainer and agent. Jayson earned both his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designations from the American College.

In 2011, Jayson decided that he wanted to be focus on his local community, so he began the process of opening Boushell Insurance & Financial Services with Jessica. Their dream finally came true on Saturday, August 25, 2012 when they held their grand opening, and their dream continues today as they help local families throughout Northwestern Lehigh School District, the Lehigh Valley, and all of Pennsylvania cost effectively manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

Jessica grew up in Fogelsville, PA, attending Weisenberg Elementary and Northwestern Lehigh High School, graduating in 1995. In 1996 Jessica and her soon to be husband Jayson Boushell bought a house in Orefield, PA within the Northwestern Lehigh School District, and were married at Leaser Lake in September of 1997.

In 2002 Jessica and Jayson became the caretakers of Ebenezer UCC in New Tripoli, and have lived in the blue house behind the church ever since. Jessica and Jayson have four children; three boys and a girl.

In March of 2012 Jessica returned to the work force after having been a stay-at-home mom for the previous 12 years. Jessica currently works full time as a receptionist at the Country Doctor Veterinary Hospital in New Tripoli, PA, and helps clients with their property and casualty insurance at Boushell Insurance & Financial Services in the evening and on weekends.

She is currently enrolled at Western Governors University and is pursuing a degree in interdisciplinary studies for grades K-6.

Volunteering in and supporting the Northwestern community is amongst Jessica’s greatest joys. From 1995 through 2002, Jessica coached Indoor Baton Twirling at both Northwestern Lehigh Middle and High Schools with her husband, Jayson. Since 2009, Jessica manages the “Reading Adventures” program and the “Middle School Movie Club,” both hosted at Ebenezer UCC. These two programs serve upwards of 175 local children. Every year, Jessica spearheads a fresh bread drive for the Lowhill Food Pantry for Thanksgiving and Christmas. She regularly volunteers at her children’s school, Northwestern Elementary. Jessica sincerely hopes that she and Jayson will have the opportunity to serve you and your family.
